ABOUT

A warm welcome to my profile. I understand it can be daunting taking that first step in contacting a therapist. You may feel that you want to make changes to your life, you might want to share some difficult things from your past, you may want clarity over a life event or experience either from the past or more recently, or simply feel things cannot continue the way they are. Whatever your situation I offer a safe and welcoming space.

I can help support you through bereavement, depression, anxiety, anger or relationship issues. I offer a friendly, professional and confidential counselling and psychotherapy service to support you in times of difficulty.

I have gained vast experience in bereavement work during my work in a healthcare setting and have specialist training around Baby loss.

I work with all age groups and can use creative therapeutic play to help clients that may struggle connecting with their emotions.

I strive to treat each client with a non-judgemental attitude and with respect, acceptance, openness, honesty and integrity.

I am a Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (MBACP) and abide by their ethical framework. DBS Check and Liability Insurance.
