Employee Assistance
Programme.

Confidential workplace counselling for your team, partnered directly with your business. Short term, solution focused support that eases pressure and helps people stay well.

When someone on your team is struggling, work is often where it shows first, and where the right support can make the biggest difference. Our Employee Assistance Programme gives your people confidential access to qualified counsellors, quickly and without fuss, so they can talk things through before difficulties take hold.

We partner directly with organisations across Nuneaton, Bedworth, Hinckley, Coventry and the surrounding area, from small teams to larger employers.

How the programme works

Each employee is offered a short course of confidential counselling, typically eight weekly sessions of fifty minutes, delivered by a qualified counsellor. Sessions can be in person at our Nuneaton clinic or online across the UK and Europe. There is no GP referral, and no waiting list.

At the end of the block, the employee completes a confidential feedback form. If they wish to continue, they can move into longer term, open ended counselling at their own cost. You can work with us two ways: pay as you go at £100 per session, per employee, or take out membership, where your team pays a reduced £75 per session plus gets priority access. See the plans below.

Support when it matters most

Alongside the core programme, we offer ad hoc referrals for one off situations that affect your people. These are especially valuable following a critical incident, a workplace trauma or bereavement, a difficult performance issue, or during periods of change and pressure. We will work with you to put sensitive support in place quickly.

Everything is handled with discretion. As the employer, you receive a service that helps your team stay well, without ever seeing what is discussed in the room.

Frequently asked questions

Is it confidential? Will we see what employees discuss?

Yes, completely. What an employee discusses with their counsellor stays between them and the counsellor, within the few legal exceptions every registered therapist must observe. As the employer, you will not receive any details of what is talked about. Feedback is about the service, not the content.

How do employees get started?

Once a simple agreement is in place, you can refer an employee, or they can refer themselves, and we match them with a suitable counsellor who contacts them directly to arrange a first session. There is no GP referral and no waiting list.

What does it cost?

Without membership, sessions are £100 each, per employee, subject to availability. With membership, from £49 a month, your team pays £75 a session, a 25% saving, and gets priority access and cover on standby. Critical incident support is arranged case by case.
