Online bereavement counselling.

Gentle, experienced support through grief and loss, including baby loss, from wherever in the UK or Europe you are.

Grief has no timetable. Whether your loss is recent or many years old, whether it was expected or sudden, the weight of it can be hard to carry alone, and often hardest in your own home, surrounded by the absence. Online therapy can be a gentle way to begin: you don't have to travel anywhere, you don't have to sit in a waiting room, you just have to be ready to talk.

Our therapists include practitioners with specialist training and recognised experience in bereavement support, including baby loss and pregnancy loss. You'll be in unhurried, experienced hands.

How we work with grief online

There's nothing you need to fix in grief. Therapy is simply a space to feel what you feel, to talk about the person or the loss as much as you need, and to be supported by someone who won't rush you or look away. Online sessions allow that to happen from wherever feels safest for you.

Wendy holds a service award for her bereavement work. Kerrie holds a Diploma in Baby Loss and Bereavement and works gently with creative approaches too. Several of our other therapists work with grief and loss as part of their wider practice.
