A real UK clinic offering online counselling and psychotherapy with qualified, accredited therapists. No algorithm. No marketplace. No waiting list. From £50 per session, anywhere in the UK or English-speaking Europe.
Online therapy has come of age. It's just as effective as in-person therapy for most issues, and for many people it's actually better: no commute, no waiting rooms, sessions that fit around real life, and the privacy of working from a space you already know. The catch is that the online therapy market is now flooded with apps, marketplaces and matching algorithms, and the quality varies wildly.
Clarity Wellbeing Clinic is different. We're a real private clinic in Nuneaton with an established team of qualified, accredited UK therapists, and we offer that same team online to clients across the UK and English-speaking Europe. You choose your therapist (or we'll thoughtfully suggest one), and you stay with them. Sessions are private, secure and held by video. There's no app, no waiting list and no GP referral.
Every one of our therapists is a registered member of a recognised professional body (BACP, NCPS or UKCP) and has years of clinical experience. No undertrained counsellors, no high-churn turnover.
Read our therapists' profiles and choose the one who feels right. Or tell us what's bringing you to therapy and we'll thoughtfully suggest someone. You stay with the same therapist throughout, not whoever the app assigns you that week.
Sessions from £50, paid as you go. No monthly subscription that bills whether you used it or not. No tiered upsells. The price you see is the price you pay.
Online sessions run for fifty minutes by secure video, just like an in-person appointment. You join from anywhere private and quiet: a spare room, a parked car, a kitchen table once the house is empty. All you need is a stable internet connection and a device with a camera. We use professional, encrypted video platforms used widely in healthcare, not consumer chat apps.
Sessions are usually weekly, especially at the start, then can become fortnightly or monthly as you progress. Some people stay for six to twelve sessions, others longer. You and your therapist decide what fits.
Yes. A substantial body of research, including systematic reviews and randomised controlled trials, finds that online therapy is as effective as in-person therapy for most common issues, including anxiety, depression and trauma. For some people it works better, because it's easier to attend consistently, easier to be honest from your own space, and the practical barriers (travel, parking, childcare) are gone.
There are situations where in-person is the better fit, and we'll tell you honestly if we think that's the case for you. We won't take you on if we don't believe we can genuinely help.
We work with anyone over 18 living in the UK or anywhere in English-speaking Europe, including British expats and English-speaking professionals living abroad. If you're in the UK, you can also see us in person at our Nuneaton clinic. We don't currently see children or young people for online sessions.

No. You contact us directly and book yourself in. There's no waiting list to join.
For most issues, yes. Research consistently finds online therapy to be as effective as in-person for anxiety, depression and trauma, among others. We've written an honest comparison here.
Sessions are by secure, encrypted video on a platform used widely in healthcare. We won't ask you to use consumer chat apps. Your therapist will share the link before your first session.
Yes. Confidentiality is the same as in-person, with the few legal exceptions every registered therapist must observe (risk of serious harm, child protection, terrorism, money laundering). Your therapist will explain these at the start.
