About Natalie Steptoe mbacp
Counsellor & Psychotherapist Nuneaton
My name is Natalie and I am an experienced, qualified counsellor in the Nuneaton area. I work privately with adults and children aged 13 and above.
I see people from all walks of life who are struggling with different issues which are impacting on their lives.
Some of the issues I work with include depression and feeling of sadness, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties and breakdowns, loss, grief and bereavement, abuse, pregnancy and miscarriage, body image issues, self-harm and suicidal thoughts.
Sometimes people who come to see me can’t pinpoint what it is that is troubling them, but they know that they don’t feel right and aren’t as happy with life as they feel they should be. This is quite common; counselling can help you to make sense of what you are going through.
I work in a humanistic way which is non-directive and non-judgemental.
I have particular experience in working with young people and continue to work in a secondary school in Rugby alongside my private work. I also have a lot of experience in working with those who have suffered from rape or sexual abuse.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and operate within their Ethical Framework for good practice.
