I am a Psychodynamic and Integrative counsellor – working with individual adults, couples and young people. I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and have over 18 years of clinical experience in this field.

I can support people experiencing a wide range of issues/difficulties including: relationships, bereavement and loss, anxiety, depression, stress and cognitive overload, self-esteem, and domestic abuse.

I believe that counselling is about making some space in your life to feel heard and identify issues which you are finding difficult. I aim to provide a friendly, safe and confidential environment in which you can explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Through valuing the relationship between  client and counsellor I will support you to manage your emotions in a way that feels true to you.

I am able to offer short or long term therapy, depending upon the person and their needs.
